"I had the pleasure of working with Laonica Thompson of the Karen Williams Agency on two separate occasions in the past year. My senior father had a lot of questions about his auto policy when his statement arrived in the mail. Although I could have managed those for him with a phone call to State Farm, it was important to my father that we address them in person. Laonica welcomed us as we entered the office and offered us seats at her desk. She quickly sized up the situation and over the course of our 30 minute visit, I found Laonica to be a very gracious and personable communicator. She knowledgeably and patiently answered my father’s questions and demonstrated great skill both as a sensitive listener and sharer of information. Thanks to Laonica Thompson’s generosity of spirit and professionalism, my father left the agency office feeling comfortable and secure with his auto policy at State Farm. I truly appreciate Laonica for her work as a representative of State Farm. "This is by far the BEST State Farm Agent crew around! When I have questions or problems, they are right there to provide helpful answers and coordinate the best solutions. My vehicle was totalled by a deer that mistook my vehicle for a potential mate at 60mph... It was a pretty quick experience that left the deer exhausted and crushed that the relationship wouldn't last. Unfortunately, the many crushed bones prevented survival of the poor eyesighted creature. But my relationship with State Farm has paid off with a replacement vehicle after going thru the mostly painless claims and rental process. My replacement vehicle is a Blood Red Metalic color that hopefully will repel such inspiring interactions in the future. Meanwhile, my friends at State Farm are keeping me covered should any inconvenient actions in the future be necessary."
